Lead GMP audits and supplier qualification for Grifols Canada Plasma in Winnipeg, applying quality assurance expertise within a regulated healthcare organization.

As Supply and Audit Director, you will lead risk-based audit programs, auditor development, and supplier oversight. The position reports to the Quality Senior Director and supports regulatory inspections. Your work covers Canadian regulations, cGMP requirements, FDA standards, and European standards across Grifols Canada Plasma activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee global risk-based GMP audit programs
- Participate in internal and external GMP audits
- Lead auditor and supplier qualification training programs
- Provide feedback on findings, risks, and corrective actions




- Support regulatory inspections and notified body audits

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in health-related sciences, preferably Pharmacy
- Post-graduate certification in Quality Management
- Auditor certification and pharmaceutical GMP auditing experience
- Ten years’ general experience, including six GMP audit years
- Microsoft Office proficiency and solid communication skills
