Reporting to the branch manager with the following job functions.
As an inside sales consultant you will be responsible for.
- Managing customer requests sent by phone or email.
- Attend customers at the sales counter.
- Process orders in our computer system.
- Promote products.
- Inform customers based on their needs.
- Identify parts and hardware.
- Communicate technical information on products.
You will work with other team members to insure the best possible customer care. Other job functions may also be added as required.
The following capabilities, aptitudes and experience are an asset.
- Capacity to learn.
- Work alone as well as with a team.
- Use a caliper.
- Search parts catalogs for technical information.
- Work with customers to determine their needs.
