This hybrid role requires four or more office days weekly.As Manager, Enterprise, you will lead client engagements for global organizations transforming for the AI era. You will advise executives on innovation opportunities, products, and customer experiences. Your work spans engagement leadership, executive workshops, capability design, and transformation roadmaps.Key Responsibilities:




Own relationships with C-suite and enterprise technology leadersLead engagements from scoping through recommendations and roadmapsDirect multi-workstream delivery and review executive deliverablesDesign target-state capabilities and digital operating modelsShape AI innovation strategies, workshops, and follow-on engagementsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualified experienceFive to eight years in client-facing enterprise workExperience leading multi-workstream engagements and accountable outcomesCurrent perspective on AI, digital technology, and transformationWillingness to travel globally for client workBring executive advisory, AI transformation, and engagement leadership expertise to BrainStation's global enterprise clients through hybrid collaboration.
