Lead Maple Leaf Foods’ Lean Production System program through pillar-based improvement, performance analysis, and operational maturity across the plant.The Continuous Improvement Manager coordinates LPS progression and aligns initiatives with corporate strategies and operational goals. You will guide deployment, maturation, and health checks across LPS pillars. The role also supports quality, efficiency, safety, and food safety improvements.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate LPS phase progression across the plantPartner with Site Leaders to deliver targetsConduct pillar health checks and identify improvementsReport LPS progress, challenges, and cross-site learningsCoach leaders, trainers, and line-level team membersRequirements:
Minimum five years’ manufacturing experienceHands-on knowledge of LPS frameworks and pillar systemsExperience leading continuous improvement and waste reductionStrong project planning and organizational change skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Lean toolsApply Lean Production System expertise, coaching ability, and performance analysis to advance Maple Leaf Foods’ plant operations.
