Build Brodie League’s growth engine in Toronto through CRM architecture, AI automation, and measurable customer acquisition systems. This full time role is onsite preferred.As a Go-to-Market Engineer in Growth, you will create systems supporting Brodie Rec. League across 35+ cities. Your work spans CRM data models, lifecycle automation, Python or TypeScript, SQL, and compliant AI agents. You will help City Launchers run repeatable processes independently while reporting outcomes to the Sr. Director of Growth.Key Responsibilities:
Own CRM stages, routing, dashboards, hygiene, and source attributionBuild launch playbooks, affiliate structures, and weekly growth scorecardsAutomate follow-up, referrals, reminders, reporting,



and mass communicationsConnect advertising and landing-page tracking to signed-team metricsDocument systems, record demonstrations, and train non-technical usersRequirements:
Build daily with LLMs, agent tooling, APIs, and automation toolsUse Python or TypeScript and SQL in production systemsShip automation handling thousands of weekly leads or recordsUnderstand consent, data access, deliverability, and approval gatesBe based in Toronto;
Toronto headquarters attendance is preferredApply growth engineering, AI automation, CRM expertise, and disciplined measurement to scale Brodie League’s city-by-city system.
