You will work with the Construction Manager and Construction & Maintenance team. The position supports diverse property portfolio projects from concept through completion, commissioning, and closeout.Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction, capital renewal, rehabilitation, and redevelopment projectsDevelop scopes, budgets, schedules, estimates, and specificationsLead procurement, RFPs, contractor selection, and negotiationsCoordinate architects, engineers, contractors, authorities, and stakeholdersMonitor financials, changes,



quality, safety, and complianceRequirements:
Five to seven-plus years construction project management experienceDiploma or degree in construction, engineering, or related fieldKnowledge of Ontario Building Code, OHSA, and accessibility standardsMicrosoft Office, Microsoft Project, and construction software proficiencyStrong English communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsApply construction leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination to meaningful property projects across Ottawa’s communities.
