Lead enterprise risk oversight at TMX in Toronto’s hybrid workplace, applying risk governance and analytical judgment across regulated capital markets.As an experienced ERM leader, you will advise senior leadership while independently challenging first-line operations. You will guide operational, financial, strategic, and regulatory risk management across current initiatives, products, and third-party partnerships. Your work will strengthen proactive risk awareness throughout TMX.Key Responsibilities:
Provide independent second-line oversight and constructive challengeReview risk appetite statements, frameworks, and ERM policiesFacilitate risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testingMonitor vendor risks, KRIs, incidents,
