You will develop compensation architecture, executive rewards, equity strategy, benefits programs, governance, and scalable infrastructure. Your work will support attraction, retention, performance, internal equity, affordability, and long-term shareholder value.Key Responsibilities:
Lead global compensation cycles, promotions, incentives, and bonus payoutsDevelop Compensation Committee analyses, recommendations, and materialsOversee RSUs, stock options, grants, vesting, and reportingAssess health, welfare, retirement,



and wellness programsOptimize HiBob integrations with Shareworks, payroll, and supporting systemsRequirements:
Significant progressive Total Rewards experience across compensation, equity, executive rewards, and benefitsPublic-company experience supporting executive compensation and Compensation Committee mattersDirect Total Rewards experience across Canada and the United StatesHands-on Shareworks and HiBob or similar HRIS experienceExecutive presence and collaborative partnership skillsBring global compensation, equity, benefits, governance, and analytics expertise to Xanadu's evolving Total Rewards function.
