This Product Manager role supports Group Advantages priorities across Canada.Reporting to the Director, Disability Products, you will help manage Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Absence Management and Consultation Services. You will assess opportunities, develop recommendations, and monitor portfolio performance. The role connects strategy with implementation across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Underwriting, and Finance.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor disability portfolio performance, needs, risks, and opportunitiesTranslate priorities into roadmaps, requirements, recommendations, and plansManage initiatives from discovery through implementationCoordinate product, service, process,



and experience enhancementsDevelop evidence-based assessments and business casesRequirements:
5+ years managing cross-functional projects from scoping through executionUniversity degree, preferably in business or healthStrong communication and relationship management skillsAbility to translate complex products into clear value propositionsUnderstanding of disability insurance or group benefits preferredBring portfolio management, project delivery, and stakeholder influence to the evolution of disability products within Group Benefits.
