- Present new homes, features, benefits, and community information
- Follow up on sales leads and referrals
- Prepare purchase agreements, amendments, and deposit receipts

- Research target demographics and competitive information

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of sales and customer service experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Administrative experience with contracts and sales agreements
