Design and operate core networks with EGATE Networks as a Senior Network Engineer supporting Enterprise customers and managed services. Apply hands-on expertise across complex network environments.

This senior position supports EGATE’s core network and customer managed network services. You will provide technical support, coordinate with customers and colleagues, and liaise with the Support team. The work includes network protocols, firewalls, routers, switches, servers, and network appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, manage, and operate EGATE’s core network
- Provide technical and customer support to Enterprise customers
- Respond to alerts across servers, services, and devices
- Create and manage technical and customer service tickets




- Coordinate scheduled and ad hoc on-call assistance

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years of hands-on network management experience
- Operate BGP, VRRP, OSPF, PPPoE, and IPsec protocols
- Understand IP network concepts, devices, and protocols
- Configure Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Mikrotik, or Juniper systems
- Configure firewalls including Cisco, Palo Alto, or Fortinet
