At iA Financial Group, this Dealer Services Consultant role supports assigned dealers through tailored action plans and performance reviews. You will apply dealership operations knowledge, sales strategies, and financial services expertise while supporting Financial Service Managers. The position also involves Unifi 2.0 deployment and dealer training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop action plans addressing dealer objectives, sales, and F&I; performance
- Conduct dealer visits and review results against business plans
- Maintain client relationships and resolve requests, issues, and claims




- Train Financial Service Managers on PACT/Lean, products, and compliance
- Complete reports, administrative tasks, and weekly expense accounts

Requirements:

- Deep understanding of sales and dealership operations
- Familiarity with Unifi, Dealertrack, Equifax, and relevant software
- Knowledge of financial institutions, credit applications, and regulations
- Ability to set objectives, solve problems, and transfer knowledge
- Organized, adaptable, diplomatic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
