Lead Workday integrations at KPMG by solving client issues, developing solutions, and delivering integration work with multidisciplinary teams.

As an Integration Lead in KPMG’s Workday practice, you will build client relationships while supporting end-to-end integration delivery. You will work with functional teams and vendors across discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and project reviews. The role includes custom reports and Workday implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze client issues and develop technology-based solutions
- Deliver Workday integration work and support project leaders
- Define requirements with functional teams and third-party vendors
- Develop Workday integrations and custom reports hands-on




- Contribute methodologies, research, proposals, articles, and demos

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, technology, or related field
- Experience with Workday integration or configuration is an asset
- Knowledge of REST API, XML, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, or JSON
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed
