As Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives across Obstetrical Triage, Labour and Delivery, Operating Room services, and Postpartum care. Working with physicians, clinical teams, operational leaders, and Quality Improvement partners, you will translate priorities into sustainable improvements. The work addresses service demand, patient complexity, and quality and safety priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Women’s Health initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
- Develop project plans, timelines, risks, and implementation strategies




- Redesign workflows using Lean and evidence-informed practices
- Coordinate technology, equipment, workforce, and service transitions
- Establish measures, analyze data, and report outcomes

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree in a healthcare-related field
- Project Management Skilled qualification or equivalent
- Demonstrated project management and communication experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to manage priorities and work flexible shifts
