This Delivery Lead role oversees strategic digital initiatives across lending, pricing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms. You will connect product, engineering, data, marketing, and business teams throughout delivery. The focus includes dependencies, releases, vendors, governance, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead digital initiatives from planning through launch and evaluation
- Coordinate dependencies, release planning, and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor scope changes, risks, resources, and contingency plans
- Manage vendors supporting APIs, platforms, SaaS, and data providers
- Prepare executive reporting,



forecasts, risks, and KPI dashboards

Requirements:

- At least six years managing complex digital product initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, architecture, and technical trade-offs
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, and PDLC
- Canada-based work from home capability and strong communication skills
