The Communications Business Analyst supports strategic initiatives across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. This role combines business requirements gathering, technology implementation, communications strategy, and operational planning. You will help improve channels, tools, governance, and information access for geographically dispersed employees, including field and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead communications channel modernization and technology optimization initiatives
- Support technology roadmaps, requirements, and investment priorities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant post-secondary business analytics certificate
- Four-plus years of progressive related professional experience

- Solid analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
