This Data Analyst reports to the Head of Data Strategy & Innovation within a team serving Finance, Asset Management, Operations, Accounting, and Leasing. You will validate property data, support ERP migration, produce KPI reporting, answer leadership questions, and contribute to scalable data models. French and English are required for reports, stakeholders, and source data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate rent rolls, unit counts, leases, collections, and vacancy
- Build reconciliation checks and investigate operating-team variances
- Validate migrated ERP datasets and sign off clean data




- Produce bilingual KPI packages using SQL against BigQuery
- Define metrics, analyze trends, and present leadership answers

Requirements:

- Strong SQL with joins, aggregations, and window functions
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Comfort reconciling large, messy, inconsistent datasets
- Clear written and spoken French and English
- Ability to explain and defend analytical results
