This senior leadership position reports to the Director, SCM Operations, and manages Services, Chemicals, Materials & Equipment categories. You will lead procurement lifecycle activities, including strategic planning, sourcing, tendering, negotiations, contracting, supplier performance, and category optimization. The role supports sustainable value and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team
- Oversee sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance strategies
- Identify value opportunities and manage commercial and supply risks
- Establish metrics for cost,



quality, service, and execution
- Improve SCM processes and operating model alignment

Requirements:

- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Undergraduate technical or business degree, or equivalent experience
- Sixteen-plus years in supply chain, finance, or related disciplines
- Ten-plus years in progressively senior leadership roles
- Knowledge of category management, sourcing, contracting, and SAP
