Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android systems while supporting laptops, printers, networked applications, and enterprise tools. Deliver responsive assistance and robust customer service to employees and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues
- Manage incidents, service requests, escalations, SLAs, and customer service
- Support deployments, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and asset management




- Assist with Office tools, audiovisual equipment, conferencing, and automation applications

Requirements:

- Five plus years supporting large corporate or enterprise environments
- Two years formal education in computer science or information technology
- Hands-on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android troubleshooting experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Eligibility for Government of Canada Reliability clearance and fingerprinting
