As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead design initiatives from exploration through implementation. You will design online learning experiences, partner with product management, and contribute to strategy. The work combines research, prototyping, visual design, and collaboration with engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead one or two major projects from exploration through implementation
- Frame problems and define scope with product management
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Deliver production-ready mocks and assets
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
Requirements:
- Seven or more years designing products at scale
- Strategic, user-centered approach to complex problems
- Expert Figma skills, including components and design libraries
- Experience with responsive Web and Mobile experiences
- Understanding of WCAG 2.1 and inclusive design
