Fraser Health seeks a Casual Physiotherapist for Ridge Meadows Hospital. You will assess physical status, establish diagnoses and prognoses, develop interventions, and evaluate progress. The role requires collaboration with interprofessional teams, patients, families, caregivers, and rehabilitation assistants. You will provide education, referrals, documentation, and quality-focused care while following applicable standards and acute care practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess physical status, functional abilities, needs, and patient goals
- Develop evidence-based diagnoses, prognoses, goals, and intervention strategies
- Implement treatment guidelines and educate patients and caregivers




- Evaluate interventions and modify plans toward functional independence

Requirements:

- Current full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
