As Director, Clinical Development Change & Transformation Lead, you will deliver change management across Evinova’s clinical development solutions. You will translate strategy into workstream plans, redesign processes, and prepare workforces for adoption. The role partners with Therapeutic Areas, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Regulatory, Medical Writing, and Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead change management and adoption plans across clinical development
- Facilitate current-state and AI-enabled future-state process redesign
- Deliver impact assessments, training, and capability-building programs
- Manage rollout waves,



readiness, hypercare, and post-launch support
- Track adoption, benefits, feedback, issues, and risks through closure

Requirements:

- Significant change, transformation, or technology adoption experience
- Clinical development and Clinical Operations process understanding
- Hands-on AI or digital solution implementation experience
- Credibility with Director and Senior Director stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
