Inspect and repair surface equipment as a certified Industrial Mechanic-Millwright near Timmins, Ontario, on a 5x5x4 schedule.

Discovery’s Porcupine operation requires a Journeyperson Millwright for safe, reliable, productive surface equipment operations. The work includes pumps, conveyors, crushers, mills, compressors, rock breakers, piping, and hydraulic systems. You will support maintenance across a continuous mining operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot surface stationary equipment and mechanical systems
- Install, disassemble, and repair operating equipment
- Perform predictive and preventive maintenance activities
- Follow OHSA, environmental, safety, and sustainability requirements
- Assist other work areas when required

Requirements:

- Certified Industrial Mechanic-Millwright qualification
- Knowledge of compressors, pumps, hoisting plants, and conveyance
- Knowledge of crushers, mills, agitators, piping, and hydraulic systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, computer, and written skills
- Ability to provide personal tools and work independently
