You will translate needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and journey maps. The work includes SAML 2.0, OIDC, APIs, identity federation, and third-party care vendor connections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver customer SSO integrations from discovery through stabilization
- Coordinate teams, timelines, dependencies, risks, decisions, and issue resolution
- Define and validate integration requirements with technical partners
- Manage roadmap, backlog, and delivery plans across workstreams




- Monitor authentication success, reliability, defects, and member experience

Requirements:

- Minimum five years in digital product management with identity or SSO expertise
