Operate beverage production equipment at Refresco while applying mechanical aptitude and food safety practices in an automated manufacturing workplace. Monitor quality and efficiency throughout production.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Machine Operator runs filling and packaging equipment for customer requirements. This position covers depalletizers, fillers, labelers, packers, palletizers, and related machinery. You will follow SOPs, production schedules, GMPs, and food safety standards while documenting results and downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate assigned beverage filling and packaging equipment safely
- Monitor equipment performance, product quality, and production efficiency
- Inspect closures, coding, labels, seams, and packaging integrity
- Complete equipment,



package, and product changeovers
- Record production, quality, and downtime documentation accurately

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three to five years in food or beverage manufacturing
- Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment troubleshooting
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work safely under production pressure
