As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

What the day will look like

Typical activities include:

- Running annual account planning discussions aligned to client priorities, service requirements, and commercial objectives
- Coordinating strategy checkins with subject matter experts to provide external perspectives, market insight, and forwardlooking recommendations
- Reviewing stewardship reports, performance data,

and service metrics to find opportunities for improvement and additional value creation
- Orchestrating internal teams across domiciles, Global Capability Centres, and wider Aon businesses to deliver integrated client outcomes
- Finding opportunities to strengthen client relationships, improve account profitability, and expand relevant Aon services
- Translating technical, financial, and performance information into clear client narratives and actionable recommendations
- Coaching and supporting more junior colleagues to strengthen client leadership capability and consistency of service delivery

How this chance is different

This role is differentiated by the level of client influence, strategic ownership, and crossfunctional coordination involved. You will operate as the central connector between captive clients and Aon, bringing together expertise from across the organization to support better client decisions and stronger longterm partnerships.

The role is shifting from transactional service delivery toward consultative client leadership. Success depends on your ability to deeply understand client priorities, proactively find opportunities,

and build value through strategic conversations, insightled communication, and effective orchestration of Aon capabilities.

You will help shape the futurestate client leadership model within ACIM, supporting a more proactive, data-driven, and commercially focused approach to client engagement.
