The Manager, IAM Access Operations leads identity lifecycle operations, privileged access governance, CIAM, MFA, directory services, and audit readiness. This leadership role focuses primarily on operational service delivery, while advancing threat reduction, control effectiveness, and risk management. You will guide teams, suppliers, and service providers while partnering across technology and business groups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications, MFA, SSO, and CIAM
- Manage operational teams, suppliers, SLAs, and KPIs
- Oversee audits, compliance remediation,



and access governance controls
- Drive automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Coordinate IAM incidents, problems, and changes

Requirements:

- 10+ years managing enterprise IAM operations
- Experience with IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, and Active Directory
- Experience with cloud identity platforms
- Knowledge of IAM governance, audits, risk, and compliance
- Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and cybersecurity frameworks
