ONxpress seeks a Safety Advisor supporting its safety culture across the GO Expansion Program. You will facilitate Health, Safety, and Security training, update learning materials, and apply practical knowledge of site safety operations. The work also involves hazard management, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate classroom and virtual Health, Safety, and Security training
- Promote safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and practical evaluations




- Identify training needs with construction and operations teams
- Support orientations, toolbox talks, and safety awareness initiatives

Requirements:

- Hands-on heavy civil construction experience
- Hands-on rail construction experience
- Solid understanding of site safety operations
- Knowledge of hazard management and regulatory compliance
- Ability to deliver classroom and virtual training
