The Project Procurement Specialist advises project managers and consultants on procurement strategies, templates, forms, guidelines, and standards. Working with Services or Construction teams, the Specialist supports projects from approval through contract award. The work requires effective communication, procurement risk understanding, and cooperative document development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise project managers and consultants on procurement documents and standards
- Prepare RFQs, RFPs, RFEOIs, bids, and contract documents
- Lead fair evaluation processes and investigate bid irregularities
- Update master specifications, templates,



and procurement forms
- Coordinate bid advertising, distribution, receipt, and solicitation inquiries

Requirements:

- Completed university degree in a relevant field
- Two years of relevant procurement experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to communicate concepts and maintain effective working relationships
- Understanding of procurement-related risk management
