Superprof is recruiting tutors to plan, organize, and implement instructional programs addressing student learning needs. The work includes guiding students toward curricular and extracurricular potential while monitoring progress. Duties span lesson preparation, evaluation, feedback, records, and communication with parents or guardians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver active learning instructional activities
- Establish clear objectives for every learning activity
- Provide varied learning materials and instructional resources
- Observe, evaluate,



and encourage student progress
- Maintain records and prepare required student reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college
- LD or Multi-Categorical Certification required
- Ability to perform assigned duties satisfactorily
- High energy and enthusiasm for instructional duties
- Ability to work in school or community settings
