Lead Canadian finance, reporting, and controls for Henry Schein One in a hybrid Surrey, BC role with one to two office days.

As an experienced CPA-designated finance leader, you will oversee accounting, transactional finance, compliance, and reporting. You will guide a small team, strengthen governance, and partner with business leaders on growth and strategic decisions. The role supports Henry Schein One’s dental software business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Canada’s accounting, reporting, control, and transactional finance function
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, budget, forecast, and KPI reporting
- Oversee SOX reporting, controls, compliance, tax, and statutory audits
- Lead finance transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives




- Develop and coach a high-performing finance team

Requirements:

- CPA designation with five-plus years post-designation experience
- Experience in SaaS or technology sectors
- Experience leading, transforming, and building accounting teams
- Senior leadership communication, presentation, and influencing experience
- Experience with US GAAP, SOX, IFRS, or local GAAP
