Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, this manager advances philanthropic support and strengthens community stakeholder relationships. The work includes securing gifts of $10,000 and over, increasing individual support, and contributing to organizational fundraising goals. Strategic thinking, communication, and CRM experience are central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate, solicit, and steward community donor gifts
- Meet donors and secure major gifts
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and gift agreements
- Implement donor retention and acquisition strategies
- Maintain donor activities in fundraising CRM software

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Three years in major gifts fundraising
- Major gifts of $10,000 and over
- Experience with Tessitura or another fundraising CRM
- Microsoft Office proficiency and valid Class 5 licence
