Lead Clarity PPM operations at Canada Life, guiding specialists while improving project portfolio tools, data quality, and user support. This is a permanent full time position.

The Clarity Operations Manager leads a team supporting and enhancing project and portfolio management tools. You will manage a business analyst, support analyst, and two developers while advancing Technology PMO priorities. The work combines process management, project delivery expertise, stakeholder relationships, and change leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop Clarity Operations specialists
- Oversee enhancements, integrations, testing, and change management
- Translate requirements into functional and technical direction
- Improve Clarity adoption and project data quality




- Support Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- 8–10+ years in project, PMO, product ownership, or consulting roles
- Hands-on project portfolio management systems experience
- Experience with technical requirements, solution designs, and test plans
- Excellent executive-level communication and analytical planning skills
