This design leadership role guides a specific product pillar’s long-term vision and strategy. You will partner with Founders, VPs, and Product Directors while creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. The role combines strategic influence, hands-on design, and mentorship for two to three designers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define long-term design vision for a product pillar
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Build, lead, and mentor two to three designers
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data leads
- Evolve design systems and refine design operations

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of product design experience
- Leadership experience in early-stage, high-growth startups
- Expert Figma fluency and up-to-date design-tool proficiency
- Executive communication and organizational influence
- Portfolio showing advanced UX, UI, and prototyping
