The Environmental Services Manager directly oversees the Environmental Services team and maintains effective community functioning. This position coordinates maintenance, housekeeping, resident requests, vendors, safety activities, and compliance-related tasks. Responsibilities include painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, cleaning equipment, scheduling, and reordering supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage preventive, scheduled, and unplanned community maintenance tasks
- Oversee housekeeping routines, scheduling, and cleaning supply reordering
- Respond to resident requests and coordinate required repairs




- Arrange outside vendors, quotes, and compliance-related services
- Conduct monthly JHSC meetings and safety audits

Requirements:

- Maintenance, renovation, trade, or management workplace experience
- Strong painting, cleaning, and minor repair skills
- Class G or Class 5 licence with explicit abstract
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Comfort using AI and digital platform systems
