Lead research in social innovation and entrepreneurship at MacEwan University while directing the Maria T. Schneider Social Innovation Institute in Edmonton.

This full time tenure-track appointment is at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank within the Triffo School of Business. The successful applicant will establish an original research program, teach, develop curriculum, and contribute to university service. The appointment supports a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair application.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish an original research program in social innovation
- Direct the Maria T. Schneider Social Innovation Institute
- Teach undergraduate courses and develop curriculum
- Manage students and research personnel
- Fundraise and manage the Institute budget

Requirements:

- PhD in business, management, or a related field
- Evidence of outstanding teaching ability
- Commitment to undergraduate teaching
- Active research in innovation, entrepreneurship, social enterprises, or Indigenous business
- Tier 2 eligibility within ten years of first independent appointment
