As an Agronomic Technical Consultant, you will educate Canadian farmers about technologies supporting productive, sustainable, and profitable agriculture. Timac Agro seeks a self-driven consultant with agriculture experience, relationship-building ability, and B2B sales or consulting experience preferred. The work combines independent activity with collaboration among management, teammates, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel daily to meet prospects and current customers
- Generate leads through cold calls and follow-up visits
- Provide agronomically sound on-farm solutions




- Coordinate field demonstrations and seasonal crop tours
- Record visits, calls, and pre-orders in the CRM

Requirements:

- At least three years of agriculture experience
- High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license
- Persuasive people skills and competitive spirit
- Microsoft 365 and CRM proficiency
- Availability for up to 80% territory travel
