Drive gene therapy clinical trials as a Senior Clinical Project Manager using clinical operations expertise and strong project-management skills. This position works across multiple studies.

As a Senior Clinical Project Manager, you will coordinate clinical trial activities across internal teams, sites, vendors, investigators, and external partners. The work requires knowledge of clinical research operations, Good Clinical Practice, and Canadian clinical trial requirements. You will maintain timelines, documentation, and data-management coordination while identifying risks and escalating issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Coordinate cross-functional trial activities and project follow-up
- Prepare status updates covering milestones, risks,



and decisions
- Manage study documentation, TMF records, and regulatory submissions
- Support study start-up, management, closeout, and training

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, or related field
- Three to five years of biotech, pharma, or CRO experience
- Robust clinical research operations and GCP knowledge
- Experience with EDC, CTMS, eTMF, REDCap, Veeva, or similar
- Gene therapy or rare disease trial experience is a plus
