This manager oversees Magna Powertrain’s North American compliance processes and internal control assessments. The work spans SOX 404, US GAAP, IT remediation, internal audits, and new-entity integration. You will coordinate divisions, management, Internal Audit, and Magna’s Compliance department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage SOX testing and internal control assessments
- Coordinate quarterly 302 certification processes across divisions
- Lead internal audit follow-up reviews and action plans
- Direct IT remediation timelines and deliverables
- Guide current-entity compliance and SOX documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- CPA designation required
- Seven to ten years’ relevant manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX 404
- Ability to travel approximately 25% domestically and internationally
