Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze performance and quality data to identify learning gaps
- Build learning from source content through final assets
- Write content for people and accompanying AI tools
- Measure programs, retain effective elements, and remove ineffective ones
- Turn competing senior-leader requests into clear plans

Requirements:

- Exceptional writing and editing skills with or without AI
- Experience building learning that changed adult job performance
- Technical or quick-changing environment experience is ideal
- Strong opinions about AI tools supported by examples
- Adaptability when plans change, with continued shipping
