As Project Coordinator, you will support the Northern Corridors Bloor Lansdowne project within the Capital Project Delivery Group. The position involves coordinating design and construction activities, contractor reviews, site works, approvals, costs, schedules, permits, and project reporting. You will work with the Manager, Project Delivery and Project Manager while liaising with the City of Toronto, contractors, consultants, inspectors, and internal stakeholders. The role requires collaboration across office and construction-site settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate design and construction work across project lifecycle stages
- Review contractor work plans and ground disturbance permits
- Track expenditures, contracts, purchase orders,



and change orders
- Prepare Smart Track reports, logs, and stakeholder presentations
- Coordinate commissioning, handover, safety, and operating procedures

Requirements:

- College diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent
- Minimum five years planning, design, and transit construction experience
- Knowledge of civil engineering, architecture, codes, standards, and specifications
- Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with project software; Bluebeam, Revit, GIS, Excel, and AutoCAD desirable
