Develop automotive motor designs using FEA, NVH analysis, and tolerance stack-ups while delivering solutions that meet customer requirements. Work across disciplines at Dana.

This engineering position focuses on motor design and electrification product development. You will define and execute DVP&R;, lead DFMEA activities, and support design reviews. The work also includes prototype builds, testing, validation, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop motor design solutions meeting customer requirements
- Define and execute DVP&R; activities
- Lead DFMEA activities and design reviews
- Perform FEA, NVH, and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Support prototype builds, testing, and validation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Three years of progressive automotive or similar experience
- One year designing or developing electrification products
- Experience with ABAQUS, ANSYS, or FESAFE
- Solid GD&T;, analytical, and mechanical aptitude
