As Senior Manager, Construction Management Field, you will support corridor project delivery across the GO Expansion program. You will coordinate with Project Delivery teams, contractors, and Metrolinx Health & Safety while overseeing construction activities. The work includes leadership, technical oversight, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership to establish construction management excellence
- Coordinate safety leadership with Metrolinx Health & Safety
- Plan and control corridor construction activities
- Mitigate constraints affecting schedules and project milestones




- Coach staff on work plans, risks, and permits

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, planning, or architecture
- Progressive leadership in field construction management services
- Construction manager experience in rail sector projects
- Experience in contracts, inspections, fieldwork, and construction management
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license and positive driving record
