As a Manager at Huron, you will guide clients through full lifecycle Core HR implementations. You will apply workforce structures, employee lifecycle processes, security, and approvals expertise. The work includes requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Core HR implementations
- Drive design workshops and manage Core HR workstreams
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions
- Oversee deliverable quality and HCM module integration
- Mentor and manage junior or offshore resources

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of consulting Core HR implementation experience
- Multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations
- Experience with data conversions, integrations, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel up to fifty percent as needed
