As Go-to-Market Training and Enablement Manager, you will build and improve programs for Customer Success, Retention, Support, and Implementation teams. Your work connects customer skills, processes, product knowledge, and tools with adoption, utilization, retention, and revenue growth. Procare serves over 40,000 customers with child care management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop onboarding and ongoing training for go-to-market teams
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
- Coach customer-facing employees with individual feedback




- Evaluate programs and tailor training to improvement areas
- Maintain scripts, objection guides, and product information

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Three to five years’ sales training or leadership experience
- Sales Trainer experience, preferably in SaaS
- Solid go-to-market processes and methodology understanding
- CRM and sales enablement software experience
