As a Product UX/UI Designer, you will translate complex business requirements and user scenarios into clear flows, wireframes, and prototypes. You will collaborate with FISPAN’s Creative Director, product, engineering, and stakeholders. The work supports consistent, accessible products through thoughtful interaction design and detailed execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own UX/UI projects from concept through final delivery
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive interfaces
- Maintain UI style guides and design systems
- Apply WCAG guidelines across layouts, typography, colour,



and interactions
- Present concepts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

- Four or more years as a UX/UI Designer
- Portfolio demonstrating user journeys and complex interaction solutions
- Advanced Figma skills with components, auto-layouts, variables, and modes
- Strong visual design, typography, layout, hierarchy, and interaction skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
