Manage inventory records and warehouse materials overnight at Mastronardi Produce’s Kingsville Distribution Center. Use scan guns, counts, and reporting to support production.

This full-time permanent Inventory Administrator position works the 11:00pm to 7:00am shift. You will compile inventory records, count materials, prepare balance and shortage reports, and report levels to Material Managers. The role supports packaging availability and accurate warehouse transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Count inventory using scan guns and record material movements
- Prepare and maintain warehouse inventory records and reports
- Report inventory levels and production material shortages promptly
- Stage, rotate, pull, and return packaging materials
- Audit transactions, cycle counts, and outbound orders

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous related work experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours independently
- Effective qualified English communication skills
