Reporting to the Manager Field Operations, the Supervisor Field Operations oversees distribution operations, construction, and asset management work. The position plans, schedules, and coordinates timely activities while building effective teams through leadership, organization, coaching, and communication. It also supports customer requirements and safe system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate distribution operations, construction, and asset management
- Lead hiring, training, appraisals, employee relations, and performance management
- Approve resources, vacation requests, time, and on-call schedules




- Ensure protected work practices, incident investigations, and monthly site observations
- Maintain relationships with customers, landowners, businesses, and community leaders

Requirements:

- Journeyman Power Line Technician qualification
- Seven years constructing and operating electric distribution systems
- At least three years of progressive supervisory or leadership experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s permit
- Communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
