Reporting to the Autonomous Production Unit Manager, this qualified role guides team results and customer satisfaction. You will distribute workload, resolve production difficulties, monitor tasks, and support continuous improvement. The position combines office work with factory-floor presence and direct production-team contact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guarantee occupational health and safety compliance
- Analyze workload and distribute tasks within the team
- Serve as technical authority for teams and departments




- Resolve technical difficulties during production operations
- Participate actively in continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

- High School Diploma and Structural Assembly ASP, or equivalent
- Two to five years of production experience
- Knowledge of structure assembly and systems installation
- Blueprint reading and aeronautical technical language mastery
- French-English bilingualism is an asset
