About the role

Lead Leamington GM’s dealership operations with business acumen, sales experience, and exceptional leadership in an in-person automotive management role.

The General Manager oversees Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance at Leamington GM. This senior leader drives profitability, customer retention, and employee engagement while maintaining manufacturer compliance and brand integrity. The position requires operational, financial, and team-development expertise.

Bring dealership leadership, financial management, and customer experience expertise to Leamington GM and its Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Corvette lineups.

Responsibilities





- Oversee daily operations across all dealership departments
- Manage P&L; statements, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Partner with the General Sales Manager on targets
- Drive Service and Parts performance and absorption
- Recruit, train, and mentor department managers

Requirements

- Five-plus years managing a high-volume dealership
- Proven General Manager or General Sales Manager experience
- Proficiency with CDK Global or Reynolds & Reynolds
- Understanding of automotive laws, F&I;, and manufacturer requirements
- OMVIC and driving licences required
